Training & Education

Research has shown that one of the most reliable indicators of the quality of care young children receive is the education of their care providers. In Colorado,The Office of Early Care and Learning and the Office of Early Childhood Professional Development have established early childhood competencies for the child care workforce.

To help child care providers meet these requirements and to enhance the quality of early care and education for children, ECCLC offers professional development planning, community trainings, and college scholarships to early childhood educators.
