Mission, Vision & Strategic Plan

Mission: To Create a dynamic system that recognizes and supports quality early childhood opportunities for all children in Larimer County

Vision: We are a community that values people at every stage of their life, recognizing that the quality of each individual life is substantially impacted by prenatal and early childhood experiences. We embrace our interdependence as strength, our diversity as a resource and our families’ relationships as central to our well being. We evidence our commitment to children and families by providing high quality, comprehensive services in support of life long learning. Our community offers access to an array of services for all and honors individual choices. Services are responsive to family needs and are designed to enhance family strengths.
