Training & Education

Research has shown that one of the most reliable indicators of the quality of care young children receive is the education of their care providers. In Colorado, child care licensing has established training and education requirements for the child care workforce. To help child care providers meet these requirements and to enhance the quality of out of home care for children, ECCLC offers professional development planning, community training, and college scholarships.
